Vibration Scale: 1. Force Feedback Scale: 60. Centre Spring Scale: 100. Wheel Damper Scale: 0. Force Feedback Understeer: 10. Force Feedback Minimum Force: 0. Steering Sensitivity: 50. General Notes:- The settings below are considered to be reasonable baseline values for Forza Horizon 4 (Xbox One).
Steering Sensitivity: DEF 50 | AVG 52 | OFF +4% | STDEV 11 (this setting should be set to default, some users set it different because of incorrect sensitivity setting on the wheel and trying to compensate it here); Steering Linearity: DEF 50 | AVG 49 | OFF -3% | STDEV 6 (the same as above, this setting should be set to default, some users set G920 Wheel Settings for Forza 2023. I just want to share and get feedback with my current wheel settings as we all figure out the best setup. To me it feels very predictable with steering on the heavier side. Note: I use the clutch pedal as my brake since I like less resistance; you'll want to adjust the brake settings accordingly. I personally loved playing Forza Horizon 4 with a Logitech G920 Force Feedback Steering Wheel. I know a lot of people hated it since they weren't able to control their cars as easily as with controller, but once you get your calibration the way you like it, and most importantly actually tune your car, the wheel (for me at least) felt great.
Here is my analysis of those Forza Motorsport settings on PC with a Fanatec ClubSport 2.5 wheel: The device settings of 100% for everything are a good baseline to start from. This sends full force feedback signals from the game to the wheel.
Forza Horizon doesn't really work great with streering wheels, I have a g29 and I tried to do some custom settings on the game, when I got finalized the feeling of the force feedback was still not there it just can't work imo, I'd suggest not to use it but if you really want to search for some g29/g920 settings on youtube and it'll make it feel way better than it is now.
Thrustmaster Settings. Forza Motorsport doesn't set the rotation automatically for the vehicle you are driving, so the easiest thing to do is to set it manually on the wheel. I typically use 720° for road cars, 540° for rally-style cars and 360° for F1-style cars. FORCE at 4 bars with FFB at 1 creates a perfectly linear force feedback
There's no settings to change what side of the road you drive on, if the games locations is set to a country where they drive on the left, then you drive on the left, if it's set to a country where they drive on the right, you drive on the right, and where ever Forza Horizon 5 will be set, we'll drive to that country's side of the road.
Forza Horizon 4 in game FFB settings: Vibration scale: 0, FFB scale: 50, Center spring scale: 0, Wheel damper scale: 0, FFB understeer scale: 50, FFB minimum force: 5, Steering Sensitivity: 60. Forza Horizon 4 HUD settings to activate SC4: Data out: ON, Data out IP address: 127.0.0.1, Data out IP port: 10001. SC4 settings: Rotation: 900 degrees yP0oh0.
