This is a requirement for VR headsets that use DisplayPort or HDMI to receive the image they're supposed to display. If you would like to play with Skyrim VR, you want a PlayStation 4 and PSVR, and if you would like to play with Fallout 4 VR, you will need a powerful gaming PC and an HTC Vive (or even Oculus Rift). It should run, you might have to drop the VR compositor resolution a bit (especially for higher that Vive/Rift resolution headsets). For some games you may have to tweak some settings. Here's video of a guy running Fallout 4 VR on a 1050 Ti with WMR headset. 7. Parzival_rpo.
